Farm-to-Table Culinary Education Tours
EAT LOCAL, THINK GLOBAL.
Do you know where your food comes from? It makes it harder to find out if they arrive in containers on a ship. There is an abundance of fresh, vibrant, tasteful products grown by farmers and ranchers in Hawaii, harvested by our fishermen, best suited for preparing both regional and international recipes. They are readily available, harvested within a few days, at farmer’s markets, Chinatown open markets, and some local supermarkets. Let us take you on a walk through a local market, visit an island farm, and see, feel, taste, firsthand the uniqueness of these local products. You will be inspired to go home and create new dishes with them.
