COME PLAY WITH FOOD !!!

Exciting, hands-on, cooking classes are offered every Saturday with morning and afternoon sessions, and on occasional weekday evenings. Faculty consists of friendly, experienced chefs with a wide range of regional and international culinary experience, who enjoy sharing their crafts with food enthusiasts. We offer classes on local home style cooking, international cuisine (Mexican, Moroccan, Chinese, Italian…), and culinary skills classes (knife skills, writing a cook book…). There is no better way to explore the world of food than spending a few hours in a specially designed instructional kitchen observing cooking demonstrations, then try your hands at using the new techniques, with your instructor and culinary assistants close by to guide you along and answer questions.
